ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, customers will be updated with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the hair is shipped out. We are not at fault for any delays, natural disasters, damaged packages, or any unforeseen circumstances that affect USPS delivery.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 All orders are shipped via USPS. They are trackable by logging in online and using the tracking number provided in your email. Delivery will take 3-7 business days depending on where you are located in the U.S and 5-10 business days if you are located overseas.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we at Latoya Logan are at fault. This means if we shipped out the wrong length or textured hair that was different from your original order. If this is the circumstances, we will pay for you to return the hair for exchange or full refund. Hair must be returned undamaged, and unused, in its original packaging, or you will void your return and not be refunded or allowed for an exchange.
